The balance board, also called Freeman board, is a well-known accessory, it allows you to gain in bodybuilding, proprioception, core strength and flexibility !

What is proprioception?

Proprioception is your deep sensitivity : it refers to the perception, conscious or not, of your body in space.

It is the sense that allows you to locate your own body in space.

It is done through numerous receptors which tell your brain the position of different parts of the body. It affects balance and reflexes.

By exercising regularly, you improve your proprioception, gain mobility and reduce the risk of injury.

Incorporate more balance into your exercises to further develop muscle. You 'll like to add a little challenge to your push-ups, sit-ups and squats.

How to use our balance board?

You can use it at home to achieve different goals, whether strength training, proprioception or flexibility .

To use it, nothing complicated, just balance on the board:
  • Legs stretched : you will then work on your balance
  • Legs bent : you will work the joints of your knees
  • On one foot : use the other leg as a “balance”

A little complicated at first, I must say I wasn't very good ;). But now with training I manage my balance better and it's a pleasure to use it. The plank really helps the muscles to be more toned. I recommend it to you.
